2.1.2 PBSO Staff Members A Small But Dedicated Staff It has only been within the last few years that PBSO has been financially secure enough to have a small staff of paid personnel. Up until then, the work was done on a volunteer basis. However, as the need for PBSO services grew and more funds became available, paid staff members were gradually added. Many of the staff members are bereaved parents, while others are simply people who care about the organization and its mission. One thing is for sure – all of the staff are driven by the need to help ease the suffering of bereaved parents in the community.   Jan Pearce, Executive Director Sally Blainey, Volunteer Coordinator Kelly McClatchey, Administrative Assistant Susan Zoller, Office assistant Lise Ferguson, Group Services Manager Pina Pecile, Group Services Manager Cyndie, Client Services Manager Nancy Logan, Public Relations Coordinator   Jan Pearce is a bereaved parent and the Executive Director; Kelly McClatchey is a bereaved parent and the Administrative Assistant; Sally Blainey is a bereaved parent and the Volunteer Coordinator; Lise Ferguson and Pina Pecile, both bereaved parents, share the position of Group Services Manager; Cyndie is a bereaved parent and the Client Services Administrator; Susan Zoller is a community member who is interested in bereavement and is the Office Assistant and Nancy Logan is a bereaved aunt and the Public Relations Coordinator. © 2004 PBSO
